Site Planning
Approximately five hectares of water can comfortably accommodate 200 units (16 units per acre). These units should include a mixed-income combination of single-family homes, duplexes, and co-housing communities.
The development will be buffered by public open space and served by adjacent transportation corridors. Additionally, a mixed-use service sector can be established on the adjacent at-risk land, supported by amphibious foundations.
“ISOLATED FROM WILDFIRES AND SEISMIC MOTION BY WATER, FLOATING ON THE SURFACE OF THE RISING SEAS, THIS COMMUNITY WILL BE THE SAFEST PLACE TO LIVE IN A REGION HISTORICALLY PLAGUED BY NATURAL THREATS”

Biodiversity on Display in Our Floating Homes
In this representation, a floating home boasts biophilic walls lush with greenery, complemented by expansive windows that frame the bustling marine life below. This setup not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of our homes but also ensures a constant connection with nature's vibrant ecosystems, illustrating our commitment to environmental integration and sustainability.
Amphibious Foundations
Our patented SAFE (Self-Adjusting Floating Environment) will enable development on unbuildable, low-value land in flood plains and areas subject to inundation due to sea level rise in the near future.
