Improve social amenities, welfare, and well-being of shoreline communities.

Extend buildability to sea-level rise-prone and seismic-prone communities.

Join Us in Shaping the Future:

From ancient floating communities to modern-day innovations, living on water has been a cherished aspiration. Today, we are making it a reality in the Bay Area. Join us in this bold endeavor to redefine urban living, supported by state initiatives and a community committed to sustainable development.

Coastal cities are under immense pressure to accommodate growing populations, and the housing sector is at the forefront of this challenge:

  • Urgent Housing Need: California is under immense pressure to address housing shortages, with projections indicating the need for 2.5 million new homes by 2031 to meet growing demands.

  • Higher Costs: The construction of housing in these areas faces significant hurdles including limited available land, elevated material costs, and labor constraints, making building more expensive.

  • Legislative Response: Recognizing these challenges, the California legislature in 2022 called for bold measures to address housing affordability and homelessness, urging innovative solutions and streamlined processes to expedite development.
